🌵On Retreat
Hi friends! 👋🏼 We hope you’re having a great March so far. How are we?
This week we’re out of the office and on our way to Baja California Sur, Mexico for our annual yoga retreat to reset, connect, and put some beautiful ideas in motion. Sun… yes please.
Because of the retreat, there will be no in-studio or livestream classes this week. Instead, free pre-recorded yoga practices will be available on the schedule for everyone.
We return Tuesday, March 24 with guest teacher Ty Watson.

🇫🇷 The Verdon Fosse® Legacy Workshop à Paris
Last month we announced our partnership with The Verdon Fosse® Legacy and our workshop taking place in Paris April 25–27, 2026.
We are overwhelmed and delighted by the response, and by the incredible talent we’ve seen in the applications. The program filled almost immediately, and we’ve added a second studio to welcome more dancers from across Europe and the UK.
Applications remain open for the waiting list and for dancers who would like to be the first to know about future programs.
Thank you wholeheartedly for your trust and excitement. We can’t wait!
🎭 Introducing the Guest Teachers
We are honored to welcome this legendary lineup of artists to Paris to guide the work and share their knowledge throughout the weekend.
Broadway performers Eliza Ohman and Lori Ann Ferreri will serve as teaching assistants throughout the workshop.
📚ON OFF Book Club
We are reading “Fosse” by Sam Wasson. Continuing the theme.
This is a big book. 784 pages. Reading it together gives our wider community a way to engage with Fosse’s work and influence, including non-dancers and those who may not be able to join the workshop in person. It also offers context for understanding how Fosse continues to shape culture today. Think Beyoncé’s Single Ladies music video.
Because of the length, we’ll read the book over two months and discuss it on an ongoing basis in our WHATSAPP. All are welcome to join.

Opening March 20Ty Watson and Antonia Lingemann host a spring retreat in Tuscany, Italy from May 24th-30th, 2026.
